Refund Policy
At Quick Command Dog Training, we are committed to providing a high-quality, results-driven training experience. Due to the nature of our services and the limited number of dogs we accept into our program, the following refund policy applies:
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable.
A deposit is required to reserve your dog’s training spot and secure your scheduled start date. Once a spot is held, we turn away other potential clients, which is why deposits cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Program Payments
Payments made toward any training program (including Board & Train services) are generally non-refundable once the program has begun.
If a client chooses to remove their dog early or discontinue training for any reason, no refunds will be issued for the remaining time.
Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In some cases, we may allow a one-time reschedule of your training start date with adequate notice. This is handled on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
Health & Safety Exceptions
If your dog is unable to participate in training due to a serious health issue (verified by a licensed veterinarian), we may offer a reschedule or partial credit at our discretion.
Results Disclaimer
While we are committed to delivering exceptional results, training outcomes depend on many factors including owner consistency and follow-through after the program. For this reason, no guarantees or refunds are provided based on training results.
